What do I pack?

Pick the looks you're taking and get the actual list of garments. Five outfits sharing one pair of jeans is one pair to pack, not five — and it knows how many wears a garment gets before it needs washing, so nine days doesn't mean nine shirts.

What do I wear today?

Suggestions scored against the real temperature where you are, what's clean, and what you've worn recently. It won't offer you something sitting in the laundry basket.

What is this costing me?

Cost per wear, built from what you actually wore. The expensive coat you wear weekly is cheaper than the bargain shirt you wore twice, and this is the number that says so.

Free records. Paid interpretation.

Keeping the record of your wardrobe is free and stays free. You pay only for the part that reads it back to you. If you ever stop paying, nothing you catalogued is taken away or locked — you keep every garment, outfit, photo and wear you logged.

Sales tax, VAT or GST is worked out at checkout from where you are. In the US and Canada it's added on top of the prices below; everywhere else it's already included in them. You'll see the exact total before you pay.

Founding rate — 5 USD per month

While founding seats remain and the founding window is open, you can subscribe at 5 USD per month instead of 8 USD. The rate you join at does not increase for as long as your subscription stays active. Both the number of seats and the closing date are fixed in advance; whichever is reached first closes the offer to new subscribers, and the offer is not reopened afterwards. If you cancel and subscribe again later, the current standard price applies.

Cancelling, refunds, privacy

Terms of use

By creating an account you agree to what follows. It is written plainly on purpose; if anything here is unclear, ask before subscribing.

  • WRDN is a tool for keeping a record of your own wardrobe and planning what to wear. It is provided as it is, and it may change or have faults.
  • Your account is yours. Don't share your password, and tell us if you think someone else has it.
  • Upload only what you have the right to upload. Don't use the service to break the law or to store material that isn't yours.
  • Your data belongs to you. You can export it at any time, and ask for it to be deleted.
  • Paid features are billed as described under Pricing. Cancelling, refunds and what happens afterwards are described below.
  • An account may be closed if it is used to break these terms or the law. If that happens without cause, any unused paid time is refunded.
  • WRDN isn't liable beyond what you have paid for it. It doesn't give advice you should rely on for anything consequential — it counts your clothes.
  • These terms may change. Material changes will be announced by email before they take effect, and you are free to cancel.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, yourself, from inside the app: Settings → Account → Manage subscription. No email required and nobody to talk to.

  • Cancelling stops the next payment. It is not backdated.
  • Premium features stay available until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • After that the account returns to the free plan. Your wardrobe, outfits, photos and wear history all remain.

Refunds

If something is wrong — you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or the product does not do what this page says it does — email wrdn.app@gmail.com and you will be refunded.

  • Refund requests within 14 days of a charge are granted, no reason needed.
  • Duplicate or post-cancellation charges are refunded in full whenever they are reported.
  • Refunds go back to the card that was charged, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
  • An annual subscription cancelled part-way through can be refunded pro rata on request.

Privacy

WRDN stores what you put into it: your email address, the garments and outfits you catalogue, the photos you upload, and the dates you record wearing things. That data is yours, is visible only to your own account, and is never sold or shared with advertisers.

  • Authentication and data storage are handled by Supabase. Payments are handled by Stripe.
  • Card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout and are never seen by or stored on WRDN.
  • Weather is fetched from Open-Meteo using the location you choose. You can leave it unset.
  • You can export everything you have entered at any time from Settings → Backup.
  • To have your account and its data deleted, email wrdn.app@gmail.com.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1, and card information is submitted directly to Stripe rather than to this site. Subscription status is only ever changed by a signature-verified message from Stripe.

Delivery

WRDN is a web application. Nothing is shipped. Premium features become available on the account immediately after a successful payment.

WRDN is built and run by Liam Gauthier in Quebec, Canada. It is a small independent product, so questions, refund requests and bug reports all go to the same inbox, and they are answered.
